Snapp is a competitive platform for Amazon, and while the variety of products makes it demandable, the user experience through its website and mobile app could be improved.

Problem solved.

Through the use of features like one-click checkout and personalized recommendations, technological advancements have improved the convenience and security of online shopping. With its user-friendly interface and quick delivery options, Snapp offers a better user experience and journey than its market competitors. In addition, Snapp provides a wider selection of goods at reasonable prices, making it the preferred option for online shoppers.

The first general journey of the user from opening the application to placing an order was mapped out, and the iteration of scenarios created compartmentalized user flows.
